Bus 2 arrives at the Mississauga Car Pool Lot
The lot is just North of the 401 on the West side of Hwy 10 (Hurontario). Approximate address is 6305 Kateson Drive, Mississauga.

Bus 1 arrives at 3850 Sheppard Ave East, Kennedy and Sheppard (Agincourt Mall)

Buses will depart when all the passengers have boarded Be ready to show your Bus Leader your ID to cross the border. Make sure you have your proper ID on hand (not in your luggage) to cross the border. Those that come to the bus and forgot their ID will not be allowed to board the bus since you will not be able to cross the border. In previous trips, there were a few people that were not able to cross the border for various reasons. These people stayed at a Canadian Ski resort at their own expense. As a reminder to NOT bring any illegal substances. You will not be allowed to cross the border and you will delay the bus and all other buses following. We have had dogs go through the luggage at this border! Your bus leader will announce your stops. All buses will stop at Duty Free. You are not scheduled to stop at Duty Free on the way back (due to time constraints)

Check-in locations (1) Hotel Jay for Hotel Jay guests (2) Tram Haus Lodge for Tram Haus Lodge guests. (3) Timberline, Slopeside and Village Guests arriving from 7am-11pm, check-in at the clubhouse. After 11pm, check-in at Hotel Jay. The first person to arrive in the room will get their arrival packet. They need to provide their credit card ($100 hold on the card). Make sure you check the packet to see if there is anything missing. If the room is not arriving together, they are responsible for getting the lift tickets to the rest of the room. Make sure you take a picture of your room card which is also your lift ticket. If you lose the lift ticket, just show the picture to the front desk and they can issue you a new one. Without the picture, Jay Peak won’t be able to replace your lift ticket. If you have an early check in unit, you will be shuttled there (If required) If your room is not ready, rooms will be cleaned asap during the day. Enjoy your day of skiing and check back during the day to see if your room is ready. Jay Peak aims to have all rooms ready by 5pm. Day lockers are available at the cafeteria area. Storage will be at Foeger 1 in the Conference Center at Hotel Jay for those that don’t have an early check-in or late check-out. Renters can pick up rentals right away at the Rental/Repair Shop located in the Tram Haus Lodge (for those staying at Hotel Jay or Tram) All others staying in a condo, you pick up your rentals at the Stateside rental shop. All rentals can be purchased on the Jay Peak website using the discounted promo code DCEVENTS25. For any no-shows, there are NO REFUNDS. There is Free Wi-Fi across the resort now. When you get to your unit, you must report anything that might be broken or missing right away. If this is not reported, Jay Peak will assume you damaged the item and you will be charged. Jay Peak Shuttle Service is available resort wide by calling Shuttle Dispatch from your unit or room at extension 7777. Shuttle service is available Friday 6am to 11pm, Saturday 6am to 1am and Sunday from 7am to 5 pm.

• Call your front desk to inquire if your room can be a late check out unit.

• Lower mountain lifts open, (upper mountain lifts open at 8:30 am) – enjoy your day!!

• All buses will be stationed at the Propane Tank Farm Parking Area, across the road from the East Entrance of the Hotel Jay, just above the parking garage.

• They will depart when everyone has loaded.

• Make sure you leave your room key with the Shuttle Driver or Front Reception.

• Arrive back home!

Check-out time is 10am. Luggage storage at Foeger 1 at Hotel Jay Late checkout is at the discretion of the front desk. Leave room/condo tidy, put dishes in dishwasher etc. Hand in all condo “hard keys” at the Stateside or Hotel Jay Front Desk - (a $25 USD fee will be charged to your room if keys are not returned). If there are any charges on the room, the room leader needs to take care of this. You must vacate your room if you are not a late checkout room.
